How long will my order take to process?

- Orders take about 1-3 business days and ship once complete.

 

When will my order ship?

- We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within the following 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

 

How long does shipping take?

- Shipping time depends on the service selected during checkout. Ground shipping can take anywhere between 1-5 business days and Express can take anywhere between 1-3 business days.

 

Where do you ship?

- We ship anywhere within the United States.

 

What do I do if my order is delayed?

- Our carriers are expecting significant delays right now. Once your order has left our warehouse within the appropriate time frame, we have no control over how they handle the tracking. We recommend contacting the carrier for more information regarding the delay.

 

Need to change the delivery address?

- If you need to update your shipping address, please email info@dermaskin.store. We will do our best to accommodate if your items have not shipped, however, this is not guaranteed.
